About Us
Engineering Nepal's future — from roads and hydropower to urban infrastructure, since 2016.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To deliver safe, sustainable, and practical engineering and research solutions by combining technical expertise, local knowledge, multidisciplinary collaboration, and international engineering practices, while working closely with clients to address challenges, meet their needs, and create lasting value in advancing infrastructure and development in Nepal and beyond.
Our Vision
To be a leading engineering and research center in Nepal, recognized nationally and internationally for integrating local knowledge, multidisciplinary expertise, research, and global engineering standards to advance resilient infrastructure and sustainable development for generations to come.
Nepal Center for Engineering and Research
Founded in 2016, NCER is a Nepal-based civil engineering firm working across hydrology and hydraulics, traffic and highway engineering, and land development and urban planning.
Our engineers, CAD technicians, architects and quantity surveyors carry projects from research and planning through design, analysis and delivery — in Nepal, and abroad through a permanent partnership with an international consulting firm.
Engineering that serves the people who use it
Since founding NCER in 2016, our purpose has stayed the same: to bring careful, well-reasoned engineering to the infrastructure Nepal depends on. Every road, drainage system and structure we work on carries someone's daily journey, livelihood and safety, and that responsibility guides how we plan, analyse and design.
What makes that possible is our team and the partners who work alongside us. By combining local knowledge with international engineering practice, we aim to deliver work that stands up to scrutiny today and continues to serve communities for decades to come. I thank our clients and colleagues for the trust they place in us.
